Bryan Cantley's work has been a source of guidance to me and many others, pioneering trajectories in thinking and making that have opened venues and given opportunities to new ways of conceiving architecture that are not limited to commissioned assignments or built products. By doing so, Cantley's work and writing carved out a space for many designers that conventional architectural disciplines have excluded. The work and essays in this book will continue to inspire many generations of thinkers and designers to come.
