A workshop open to all UT faculty, staff, and students:
Measuring Research: Understanding Citation Counts and Impact Factors
Wednesday, September 15
3:30-4:30 p.m.
Hodges Library, Room 211
This workshop will provide an overview of ways to analyze scholarly output, including citation counts, the h-Index, the Eigenfactor, and impact factors. Web of Science and Journal Citation Reports will be demonstrated during the hands-on portion of the session. Instructors: Donna Braquet, Associate Professor, Life Sciences Librarian; Peter Fernandez, Assistant Professor, Agriculture and Natural Resources Librarian.
