Food and Fuel News Briefing from the USDA
Secretary Ed Schafer from the United States Department of Agriculture briefed reporters on May 19th 2008 on the department’s position in the global discussion on the current food versus fuel situation. Sec. Schafer states “we are going to make the case today for food and fuel.” The USDA offers it’s perspective on the marketplace, data and an analysis of current events.
