Three to four times a semester, the study rooms in the AG-VET MED Library are reserved for veterinary students engaged in week-long problem-based learning (a.k.a. ABLE in the UT CVM) sessions on cases commonly seen in veterinary practice, as a supplement to facts-based learning.
Each ABLE group is assigned a study room. The white boards in the study rooms record learning issues and other important case-related information. If the white boards are erased during the week it is a significant setback for the students working in that group.
During ABLE weeks: DO NOT ERASE the white boards in the study rooms. Unoccupied rooms may be used by non-veterinary students during the week as long as the white boards are untouched. Check at the service desk if in you have questions.
