The Music Library will be closing temporarily at 5 pm on Friday, July 12th, to prepare for the upcoming move to the new Natalie L. Haslam Music Center. The Music Library plans to reopen on August 21st if circumstances allow. Online resources accessible through the Music Library homepage http://www.lib.utk.edu/music/ will still be available for use, but the physical collection will be inaccessible during much of this time. If possible, please check out before the end of the day on July 12th, all materials you may need during the weeks the Music Library will be closed. If you have an unanticipated need, please request the item through the Libraries’ catalog and also send an e-mail to Josh Aldorisio (jaldoris@utk.edu). When possible, Music Library staff will try to fulfill these special requests. The loan periods of all materials will be extended to the August 21st re-opening date, but you may also return items to Hodges Library. We in the Music Library apologize for this inconvenience, but look forward to assisting you and other library users in the new location.
