Ad$pender – access restored- June 29, 2017

Dear Kantar Media Clients:
We are pleased to report that all Kantar Media applications are now accessible, including:
• Adscope
• Ad$pender
• BVS
• DirectHEAT
• Evaliant
• MarketAdvisor/MagAdvisor
• ProMotion Plus
• SRDS
• Stradegy
Please note that ad creatives are currently not displaying, and you may experience some delays with system performance as well as with availability for this week’s data. Our teams are working to address these outstanding issues as quickly as they can.
Again, the suspension in service was due to precautionary efforts we chose to take following the massive global cyberattack earlier this week. It does not appear that Kantar Media systems were infected and our data was not compromised at any time. Our AdGooroo services are on a separate system and were not impacted by recent events.
Thanks again for your patience as we work through resolving these service issues. With our systems now restored, we are hard at work on processing this week’s data and will update you when we know more.

Ad$pender – update on status – Wed., June 28, 2017

Dear Kantar Media Client:
As discussed, we wanted to keep you updated on our efforts to restore service following the recent massive global cyberattack that has been reported in the news. We have no indication Kantar Media systems were infected, and no client or personal information was ever at risk. However, a number of our applications have been unavailable as we take appropriate precautionary measures. We are pleased to report that our DirectHEAT application is now back online. Note that creative views will not be initially available, and data is currently only provided through June 26. We will continue to keep you up to date as we restore service to additional applications.

Note: As of 9:50 this morning (6/28/17) we still cannot access the product. It may take time for the full roll out. (nb)
