ScienceDirect not working via proxied links

As of 10/18, ScienceDirect is currently not working via proxied links (i.e. links from the A-Z list or OneSearch). This problem has been reported and Elyssa is working with the vendor to find a resolution. The on-campus workaround is to go directly to in your browser. There is no off-campus workaround yet.

Emerald Insight Platform – Maintenance Downtime – 26 September 2017

Dear customer,
I am contacting you regarding upcoming maintenance on Emerald’s research platform, Emerald Insight, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 26 September 2017 beginning at 4:00 AM EST (08:00 GMT) – lasting for up to 12 hours.
During this time, the site will be placed into ‘read-only’ mode, making the following functionality unavailable for the duration of the upgrade:
• Activating access tokens
• Adding publications as favourites
• Alert subscriptions
• Any changes to ‘My Account’ and ‘Institutional Account’
• E-commerce
• Registration
• Search.

Simmons OneView – Downtime – Friday, Sept. 15, 2017 at 9 pm ET – Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017,11:59 pm ET

As part of a planned maintenance update, the Simmons Research data center will be moving to a new location next month. We expect OneView access will be unavailable from 9:00 PM ET (6:00 PM PT) on Friday, September 15th until 11:59 PM ET (8:59 PM PT) on Sunday, September 17th. All dates and times described above reflect the current plan. We’ll keep you informed throughout this period in case any unexpected issues impact this time frame. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the disruption of services.

ProQuest – Downtime Scheduled for July 29, 2017 – Rescheduled

Product Maintenance Rescheduled

To minimize disruption to our customers, we are writing to inform you that the ProQuest product maintenance window scheduled for Saturday, 29 July 2017 has been canceled. The downtime will be rescheduled for later this year and a product downtime notice will be sent out via email a month before the new date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
