The Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) Perspective

The Virtual Culture Corner is an initiative of the University of Tennessee Libraries’ Diversity Committee, which explores and addresses important issues using the Libraries’ resources.  The goal of the Virtual Culture Corner is to encourage education and dialogue on a particular topic by creating an online experience that reaches beyond physical library resources to include music, art, blogs, and many other expressions of information.

This Virtual Culture Corner offers resources and materials that explore the cultures and traditions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and offer perspectives on a variety of AAPI topics and issues.

Round Dance

This Virtual Culture Corner provides an opportunity to learn from and explore Native American culture and traditions.  A variety of resources and materials are provided, from books and streaming media to art, music, and podcasts.
