Literary Lion

People’s Choice Award, $50 — to Stacy Sivinski for “Literary Lion,”
a 3-dimensional collage made of book pages mounted on cardboard

Nook of the Snail

Third Prize, $75 — to Chet Guthrie for “Nook of the Snail,” a close-up photograph of a snail sheltering among the spring wildflowers

Life in a Thousand Words

Second Prize, $150 — to Olivia Lichterman for “Life in a Thousand Words,” a pen-drawn portrait created entirely of words

First Prize, $300 — to Stacy Sivinski for “Literary Lion.”

• This year we inaugurated a new prize, awarded by the Knoxville Mercury. The winner gets their work featured in the Knoxville Mercury.
