Allison Sharp Bolorizadeh, Instructional Services Librarian for User Education Technologies I have been at the University of Tennessee Libraries since 2004, first as a Graduate Assistant for Reference and Instruction and then as an Instructional Services Librarian. I earned my MLIS from the University of Alabama, and am currently working on a Ph.D. in Information Science at UT. I decided to become a college librarian when I was an undergraduate student and had a difficult time locating materials and (perhaps more importantly) help at my university library. I enjoy helping students find the information they need in the University of Tennessee Libraries. When not at work, I spend my time reading, knitting, and visiting with family and friends. |

Erin Moore, Instructional Services Librarian for Undergraduate Programs Libraries have always been other-worldly places where I could satisfy my curiosity. I am drawn to the values of civic mindedness and shared space that are embodied in the library. Graduating from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with an MS in Library & Information Science, I severed my roots in the midwest and moved to East Tennessee with my faithful cat, Edgar. At the University of Tennesee, I am energized by the dynamic work I get to do with undergraduates and new technologies. When not working, I play a Martin guitar and dance with a hula hoop. |

David W. Green, Graduate Assistant in Integrated User Services David W. Green is a graduate student in Information Sciences at UT and is the Graduate Assistant for Instructional Services at Hodges Library. He holds his first MA in English, loves linguistics and medicine, and spends too much time watching Discovery Health. Those in the library will often see him walking around with his iPhone, a habit characteristic of his need to know. |
