Steve Thomas updated the short bib. Record editing the ISSN field to TEMP

in the live Horizon system.

The TEMP field is searchable and it is possible to use it as a flag for

Cataloging. The group will split the workload of entering the approximate

150 digital entries into Horizon.

The survey results for fall semester 1999 English 233, Major Black

Writers, is available on the Internet at

http://libpc330.lib.utk.edu/reserves/eres_surv.htm. The survey produced

good results. The group will review the survey for the spring 2000

semester.

The group has added Dr. Wright's Asian Art 183

The next meeting will take place Monday the 13th in the Database Services

Training Room. Anthony Smith will guide us through the steps of digitizing

from beginning to end and we will discuss unresolved issues like

copyright, workload, and the use of the ORC format.

The Print group will meet again on Monday April the 3rd.
