Christina Link - This is the site of my love who is studying in Kyoto this year. We were both blessed to be able to study in Japan at the same time. ロマンチックね。

Toyo University - Interested in studying in Japan? This is my Japanese University complete with information for students!

My DeviantArt Page - This is an account I have where I post most of my artwork such as my photography and drawings. I also leave journals on here, but they will not be as frequent seeing as how I will be using this site for that purpose in Japan.

The University of Tennessee Programs Abroad Office - This is where all the magic with ISEP started and the reason I am able to study abroad for a year in Japan (and actually afford it!) If you are interested in trying out for a study abroad program I have this advice. Don't debate with yourself. Just try out. You will never forget it your whole life.

The University of Tennessee Hodges Libraries - This is how the idea for a web page started. I work for the Hodges Libraries - The Studio, a multimedia design lab where we can help you with almost anything that you need involving graphic design, layout or video work. I am indebted to the staff there for helping me get the webspace to make this site! Thank you so much!

Japanese Help

JEDICT - (MACINTOSH ONLY) Probably the best thing that I have ever found for a computer in terms of an electronic dictionary. Its basically a full dictionary translator for your computer, with a fully functional kanji look-up system organized by either radical, stroke count, or anything that you like. You can even look up the kanji by drawing them. Let's just put it this way, I spent around 360$ for my Portable Translator, but as long as I have my computer around, I hardly ever use it. Highly Recommended.

Speed Anki - Accordingly named "Speed Memorizing" This is a Kanji practice site where students of any level in Japanese with a basic knowledge of Hiragana and Katakana can practice Kanji flash cards right on the web! The site is set up based on the 4 levels of the Japanese Language placement exam. I have found this site so helpful for learning new Kanji recognition. You can even create your own account and save your progress! Try it out! がんばってよ。

Rikai - "Understanding" This website allows you to type in any text in English or in Japanese and it will translate it for you! You can also use it for web page links but for that I prefer a little firefox plugin called Rikai-chan. Follow that link and install instructions in Firefox and all thats left is to go to tools and click it on and when your mouse runs over any text on a Japanese web page it tells you the English! 便利ね。

Japanese Language Placement Test - This site provides information about the JLPT.
