EndNote
automatically tries to install EndNote for the
Palm OS in a folder called EndNote (version) . If you have
upgraded to EndNote from a previous version, your
folder will probably be called simply EndNote. If this
is the case, EndNote for the Palm will not install
correctly. Uninstalling EndNote is the best option.
Uninstalling
and re-installing EndNote will not delete libraries
you have created. You can also choose to backup EndNote
files when unistalling and re-installing.
To
uninstall EndNote:
1.
Go to Start - Settings - Control Panel
2. Double-ckick Add/Remove Programs
3. Scroll down to EndNote and click Remove.
4. A pop-up box will ask you if you are sure you want to
remove EndNote. Choose Yes and wait
for the installation
wizard to remove EndNote.
5. Insert your EndNote CD and re-install.
