Many databases (Academic Search Premier, WorldCat, Web of Science, etc.) will export citations directly into your EndNote library.

Direct export from Web of Science:

1. Mark records.

2. Click the Submit button.

3. Click Marked List to display selected citations.

4. Click the Export to Reference Software button.

5. Choose the appropriate Web of Science filter (in this case
    Web of Science ISI).

6. EndNote will pop up a window asking you to choose an
    EndNote library. Choose your library and click Open.
    Your citations will automatically be imported.
