To sort your EndNote library:

1. Click the Sort Library icon or select Sort References
    under the References menu.

2. Use the drop-down windows to change the fields that you
    would like to sort on. EndNote will retain the last sort
    order that you have selected.

3. Click the A-Z icon to change the ascending and
    descending order of the field being sorted.

4. You can also sort references in ascending and
    descending order by clicking the column headings in
    your EndNote Library.
