To search using multiple search terms:

1. You can connect multiple search terms with AND, OR,
    or NOT.

    The search sleep and stress not children will return
    citations that contain the terms sleep and stress but
    will exclude those that contains the word children.

2. Select the Add Field or Insert Field to add additional
    search fields.

    If you are constructing complicated searches that you
    will want to run multiple times, save the search by
    clicking the Save Search button.

    Select Load Search to run a saved search.
