We learned how to export EndNote libraries to text or html
in the Cite While You Write module.

To put these into Blackboard:

1. Login to Blackboard and from the Control Panel, click
    External Link.

2. Type in the Name and URL of the html bibliography you
    exported from EndNote and click Submit.

3. If you created a text version of the bibliography, click Add
    Item rather than External Link. Browse to the file you
    want to add and click Submit.

4. View your formatted bibliography
