Research Services
The Research Services Department concentrates on academic support and instruction for graduate students, faculty, and advanced undergraduates. Subject librarians are available for walk-in research help at our Research Assistance Desk located in Commons North or by individual appointments.
In their capacity as subject liaisons to academic departments, programs, and centers, Research Services librarians provide instruction tailored to specific courses and assignments, as well as develop the Library's collection in support of teaching and research.
The department also provides support with the use of data, federal documents, GIS, maps, and bibliographic management systems.
