  • UTK Libraries' Gateway to information on federal legislation, public laws, the Congressional Record, and the U.S. Code(covering laws in force as of January 1997). Includes the Congressional Directory for 1998-99 and much more.

  • Excellent place to find the full text of legislation. Can search by hot bills, bill summary, bill status, and bill text. Can also search by topic and bill number.
