Speakers: Dr. Steve Striffler    Steve Striffler teaches anthropology and Latin American Studies at the University of Arkansas. His most recent book is Chicken: The Dangerous Transformation of America's Favorite Food (Yale University Press, 2005). He is also on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Arkansas Workers Justice Center, a non-profit dedicated to helping immigrant workers improve their wages and working conditions.
