EndNote Web - Import Citations from Databases Into EndNote Web
To import citations from databases into EndNote web, click on the Import Filters link. Choose the databases you are interested in and click the Copy to Favorites button.

There are no direct export buttons from EndNote Web (YET). You will need to search the database, save the records as a text file, and import them into your EndNote Web library. In this example, we have marked records in Academic Search Premier. After clicking the Export button, choose the Generic bibliographic management software radio button and click Save.
Tip: This seems to be different with each database interface. There is no way to determine which display format works with the database filter provided in EndNote Web. I wouldn't expect anyone to have the patience necessary for this. So...I chose the most comprehensive database and kept trying. (It's my gift to you.)

When the window with your records pops up, click Save As...

Change the Save as Type: field to Text File .txt and click Save.

From EndNote Web, click Import. Browse to find the text file you just saved. Select the filter for the database you searched and click Import.

Your records will be imported to the [Unfiled] folder. Remember to file them before your next import!
