ScienceLinks Student Profiles
ScienceLinks is a two-year scholarship funded by the Institute for Museum and Library Services and the University of Tennessee. The scholarships were awarded to students from underrepresented groups interested in a career in science librarianship.

Great Moments in American Life, History and Culture: an essay contest
The libraries celebrates some important milestones in 2007: 110 years as a designated depository library, 100 years as a land-grant depository library, and 90 years as a Tennessee state depository library.
To help celebrate these important anniversaries, we are sponsoring an essay contest. Students will need to select a primary source government document and write a 500 word essay about why it reflects a great moment in American life, history and culture.
The top winners will receive a cash prize; the first 100 entrants will receive a gift for participating. More...
