Requesting a Photocopy
Since Sam knows all of the details of the journal article he needs,
he clicks on the Distance Ed tab at the top of his home screen and
then clicks on "Request a Photocopy".
By making this sort of request, he is asking that the journal article
be photocopied for him and sent to him electronically on the ILLiad
site.
*Note: You can also request a few pages from a book (as opposed to
having the entire book snail mailed to you) in this same way.
