Using Citations To Make an ILLiad Request

Now that Sam has all of his citation information written down, he needs to go to the ILLiad (or Interlibrary Loan) site. He uses his browser to go back to the Library homepage at http://www.lib.utk.edu. He then clicks on the link for Interlibrary Loan.
