Goldberg: Freeware Image and Movie Viewer

Goldberg is a freeware image and movie viewer with image editing capabilities and support for applying QuickTime and other effects. This new version enhances the Selection Tool, adds new commands to set the selection size or set a fixed aspect ratio, and adds new resampling methods.
