Independent Media Centers and dadaIMC

The Creative Commons weblog reports on the use of dadaIMC, a content management tool that allows organizations to support an open publishing model with an infrastructure for ingesting and displaying new media content. It supports Creative Commons licenses and goes a step further by providing a license that explicitly signals the allowance of derivative uses. For an example, check out the Baltimore Independent Media Center.
