iMovieFest.com

Another community/sharing site has launched around Apple's "digital lifestyle" apps. iMovieFest.com claims to be "an exclusive film community for Mac filmmakers... iMovieFest.com also gives you access to online movie galleries where you can rate/review movies you've seen, get exclusive tutorials, download free sound effects, participate in interactive forums, fun filmmaking contests and other goodies that will give you the tools and skills you need to make great movies!" Although you can know everything about iMovie (a mere software app) or Final Cut Pro for that matter, making great movies is another thing altogether. Having said that, Tarnation, made with iMovie and for 200 dollars, was a hit at Cannes.
