Final Cut Pro 4 Opens up With XML Interchange Format

A new Apple Applications Article discusses the developer opportunities for sharing FCP project information via XML. As mentioned in an earlier post, the FCP XML format allows you to share all the important Final Cut Pro metadata (edits, transitions, effects, compositing info, and organization structures) with other applications and systems that support XML...things like other non linear apps, broadcast servers, databases, etc..)

The XML Interchange Format is one of the features that's available in Final Cut Pro and not in Final Cut Express.
