What's in a name?

There is an entry on the MacNN blog about a recent trademark by Apple computer - "The Studio." It says,

European Patent & Trademark Office published Apple's latest trademark titled The Studio under application number 005590187, dated December 18, 2006

So, what does this mean for us? We started using the name "The Studio" sometime in the spring of 2001. The interesting thing is that our definition of what the name means is fairly similar although skewed to our environment being education vs. corporate. The blog states,

According to Apple, the Studio is the place to bring your creative projects. Get tips, learn tricks, and find help to make your ideas a reality. Consultation at The Studio works best if you make an advance reservation.
