IEEE down on Aug 4

On Saturday, August 4, IEEE will perform planned upgrades to our systems.
These upgrades require that IEEE Xplore will be offline from 9AM to 9PM EDT. We will post a message to the IEEE Xplore home page to alert users to the expected disruption. The system upgrades will enable us to support subscribers more effectively. Most changes will not be visible to IEEE Xplore users, but users will see updates to the display of IEEE Standards and miscellaneous maintenance fixes.

The downtime will affect all products delivered through IEEE Xplore including IEL, ASPP, POP, IEEE Enterprise, IEEE Power & Energy Library, and IEEE Standards Online.
Please alert your users so they can schedule their projects accordingly.
