I attended the premier showing of A Flock of Dodos, the movie shown during the Darwin Day festivities, and as student of evolution I appreciated the movie - but made comments in a response paper that we need a more serious treatment of the Darwin/Design debate. Tonight's movie is exactly what I was hoping to find. I agree with Dawkin's sarcastic resentment of creationists cloaked as scientists, however to popularize science, emphasize that evolution is no longer a theory but now a withstanding fact, we need to be serious and direct, not satirical. In other words, I will be showing my roman catholic family a copy of the film shown tonight, and enjoy flock of dodo's in the privacy of my own home.

hope the movie was enlightening and enjoyable to all.
