The Elsevier publishing company recently sponsored an online survey for a study on the Values, Outcomes, and Return on Investment on University Investment in the Library. The study is conducted in conjunction with the University of Illinois and nine other university libraries world wide. The study is also a partnership with the School of Information Sciences.
Tenure track faculty who participated in the survey were eligible to win gift certificates of $200 each from the UT Bookstore and Computer Store.
