Teleconference
Arrangements |
|
The Library's group viewing facilities
are available as reception sites for teleconferences. These
are arranged as a cooperative endeavor between the Media
Center and the Tennessee Video Services. Faculty interested
in arranging for Library teleconference reception may do
so by following these steps:
- Contact the Media Center at 974-6396 to assure the availability
of space for the date and time needed.
- Contact Bob Wilson of Television Services (TVS) at 974-2848
or rwilson2@utk.edu
to arrange for a satellite downlink, billing, and taping
(if desired), with the Library designated as the reception
site.
- Contact the Media Center to confirm arrangements made
with TVS.
All facilities are available during normal Media Center hours,
including semester breaks and Mini-term. For further information,
please contact the Media Center.
