Please fill out the form below to request the use of a group viewing room or the auditorium then click the SUBMIT button once. If you simply need to reserve a title for checkout, use this form. You will receive a response within 2 business days of submitting your request. Please note that due to previous reservations, the room and/or time you request may not be available, but we will try to accomodate you. You are welcome to bring your own materials and equipment for use in these rooms, however, the library accepts no responsibility for damages caused during the use of these materials.
