This software is for office use only.

Faculty and staff can purchase the ESRI suite of GIS tools on DVD from the Bookstore Technology Center.

To activate your ESRI software or for problems with ESRI software or technical support, please contact the Office of Information Technology (OIT) HelpDesk at (865) 974-9900.

Students needing a copy of ArcGIS and Extensions Student Edition can contact Map Services at maplib@utk.edu to acquire a One-Year Education Use Only (media and license). Please use your UTK email address and specify the ESRI software version when emailing.
