Parking

Library Personnel and Procurement staff are responsible for assisting the Libraries' faculty and staff with parking accommodations. Assistance is provided to obtain parking permits, renewal of parking permits, visitor permits, parking for Libraries' faculty and staff scheduled to work at the Libraries' during football games, guard service at the beginning of fall and spring terms, and handling and reporting parking complaints.

Faculty, exempt, and non-exempt employees are offered an opportunity to apply for a parking permit at the time they are hired and at the time of annual renewals (June or July). If an employee wants to apply at a different time, he/she should contact Library Personnel and Procurement to obtain a letter and application forms for submission to Parking Services.
