Classroom, Viewing, and Presentation Rooms in Hodges Library

Library viewing rooms provide classroom space for those using media or other library resources as part of a class session. UT Faculty, Lecturers, or Graduate Teaching Assistants may reserve viewing rooms. Reservations on behalf of student groups must be made by the group's faculty advisor.

Library instruction rooms are set aside for Library instruction and orientation sessions. Only UT Libraries faculty and staff may may reserve instruction rooms.

presentation Presentation Rooms

The Practice Presentation Room (236, Commons South) provides UTK students, faculty, and staff a place to practice presentations, hold meetings, or conduct videoconferences. When not reserved for training or practice, this room is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Martha L. King Room (220C, Commons North) is a small presentation room with a wall-mounted interactive LCD panel and a DVD-VCR combo unit.
