Albert "Dutch" Roth Collection
Roth Collection This online archive presents the work of one of the most important photographers of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Some 1200 digital images depict pioneer life in the Greenbrier and Mt. Le Conte Sections, and document the early stages of the park’s creation.

University of Tennessee Herbarium The Online Vascular Plant Herbarium provides a collection of Tennessee native plants that can be searched and browsed by family, genus, common name as well as location. Distribution maps and color photographs provide a greater understanding of the growth patterns of native species.

University of Tennessee Special Collections Online Descriptions of many of the manuscript and university archives collections housed in Special Collections are online. These finding aids contain information on a collection's content and creator, as well as a list of the materials in the collection. Volunteer Voices Statewide Digitization Project
Volunteer Voices Statewide Digitization Project Volunteer Voices is a state-wide digitization project to provide access to primary sources that document Tennessee's rich history and culture. Volunteer Voices combines the collaborative efforts to Tennessee archives, historical societies, libraries, museums, and schools.


William Cox Cochran Photograph Collection
William Cox Cochran Photograph Collection William Cox Cochran captured these 89 images of East Tennessee during August 12 thru 30, 1886. The photographs are of East Tennessee people and landmarks, mostly located in what is now the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.


WPA Photographs of TVA Archaeological Projects
 WPA Photographs of TVA Archaeological Projects The WPA collection presents an online selection from some 15000 archaeological photographs that document prehistoric sites along the Tennessee River Valley, prior to the flooding of the basin by the TVA dam construction.
