ARL Online Lyceum Course, September 10 - October 12, 2001
The Libraries' administration provided support for Molly Royse, a Diversity Committee member, to participate in an online course on diversity sponsored by the Association of Research Libraries. The course was entitled "The Role of Assessment in Advancing Diversity" and was based on the principle that diversity is central to a library's developmental and operational structure. The course provided theoretical foundations for understanding diversity concepts as well as practical models for assessment methods.
