Fund Management: Special Funds |
Replacement Fund
- An allocation for replacement copies is available to
support Subject Librarian's appropriate recommendations for
replacing missing or damaged material.
Reserve Fund
- A separate materials budget is provided to buy reserve
materials.
- Faculty members and subject librarians should submit requests
directly to Reserve when they need materials specifically to
support classes.
- Subject Librarians explain the availability and purpose of this
fund to teaching faculty.
Grant Funds
- Revenues from grants may occasionally be earmarked
for library materials.
- Accounts are established in the Acquisitions systems for
reporting.
