Resources covered include Congressional Hearings, Federal Agency reports, press transcripts, CENTCOM briefings, UN Security Council Resolutions, and much more. Has some good links to reconstruction efforts.
Energy Information Administration (EIA) Country Analysis Brief - Iraq
Good overview of the energy resources, consumption, and infrastructure of Iraq.
