Directions to the University Archives
The University Archives is located on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. The campus is easily accessible from nearby interstates I-40 and I-75, and driving directions are available on the UT General Info website. Patrons interested in visiting campus by airplane should consult airlines and flights schedule found on the McGhee Tyson Airport website. From the airport, taxis, bus service, and car rentals are available, with U.S. 129 (Alcoa Highway) serving as a link between the airport and campus.

The Archives is located on the second floor of the James D. Hoskins Library, situated at the corner of Cumberland Avenue and James Agee Street. Patrons may park at the public parking garage also on James Agee Street, just behind the University Center, or at metered spaces throughout the campus. If no parking spaces can be found in these two locations, patrons should consult the parking information booth at the corner of Volunteer Boulevard and Circle Park Drive. Materials from the Archives can be requested through the Special Collections Research Room.

Patrons are encouraged to call, write, or e-mail before their visit to assure that materials will be available. Potential researchers should contact the Archives at (865) 974-0048 or Special Collections at (865) 974-4480.
