Biographical Note: Zoe Ann Holmes graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences in 1972, when the department also included a degree program in Food Science.

Scope and Content Note: This collection contains photographs from the University of Tennessee College of Education photographs from the graduate picnic in 1971, and two slides from the Washington, D.C., Science and Survival conference attended by students and staff. Most of the people pictured are unidentified and the photographs are dated May 1971. The graduate picnic took place outside in an unidentified forested area. Two slides are dated October 1970 and include two unidentified group photographs.
